St. Joseph Sound Flats Classic Fishing Tournament:

The St. Joseph Sound Flats Classic Fishing Tournament is a fundraiser with 100% of net proceeds given to 16 Pinellas County charities. DONATIONS ARE NEEDED for our goal. The "give back"  to the community cannot be possible without the generous donations.

 

Event Overview:

​

This is a two-day event with much of the preparation work completed ahead of time. It consists of:

• Thursday evening: Gala event

• Friday morning: Fishing tournament with professional guides

This makes it a fun event for everyone, including our members. 

​

 

Charitable Impact:

 

100% of net proceeds are distributed to Pinellas County charities. Charities apply for grants, and the Grants Committee selects recipients from the applications.

 

Member Participation:

 

This event is multifaceted and will only be successful if members seek sponsors and participate. Many members sponsor participants such as:

• Veterans

• Police officers

• Firefighters

• Paramedics
