Mark Ziipeto, Division Chief of EMS Dunedin Fire Department, spoke to our club about staying Safe in Florida's Summer Heat. EMS Chief Mark Ziiprto reviewed the three stages of heat exhaustion leading up to the third stage of heat stroke. He also gave everyone a urine chart and reviewed the different colors of urine, indicating your dehydration level.
