Jennifer Bramley, Dunedin City Manager, joined us for lunch to explain the City's budget and major capital improvements projects scheduled for the coming year. The Skinner Complete Streets project, Highlander Pool, and a downtown parking garage were among the projects mentioned. City Manager Bramley also shared that the City, like many Dunedin businesses, is feeling the pinch of labor shortages and inflation, but is working diligently to keep within budget. The Skinner Complete Streets project is a partnership with the Florida Department of Transportation. The Highlander Pool project comes with a one million dollar grant for a therapy pool. And the debt incurred to finance the new City Hall will be retired in 2029.
