Dunedin, FL — The Rotary Club of Dunedin welcomed Susan Latvala, former Pinellas County Commissioner, as our guest speaker, who now serves as President of the Academie Da Vinci Charter School's Governing Board.












In this role, Latvala leads key discussions on school financials, operations, and strategic direction alongside the Board's Treasurer, Secretary, and administrative leadership.


Latvala spoke about the school's mission to ignite a lifelong passion for learning in its community of approximately 350 students. "Our goal is to guide students toward exceptional achievements while nurturing compassion and a strong sense of community," Latvala shared.


Academie Da Vinci continues to distinguish itself through an innovative curriculum that weaves together the arts, sciences, and technology. This holistic educational approach provides students with rich opportunities to develop creativity, confidence, and the essential skills needed for a bright, impactful future.
