Michael Broom, Ph.D., of the Center for Human Systems, joined our meeting and led a conversation about developing minority business leaders, the challenges they face, and opportunities to overcome obstacles. Minds and hearts opened, and offers of assistance were made. The conversation provided an opportunity to think more deeply about the roles we all play in creating more inclusive spaces.
